Refund Policy

At TV Mount Pros, your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are provided for our television mounting and AV installation services.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will assess the issue and, where the fault lies with our installation, we will return to correct it at no additional cost.

2. Cancellations

• Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and travel costs.
• If our technician arrives and is unable to access the property or complete the work due to circumstances outside our control, a call-out charge may apply.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Services paid for in advance that were not delivered;
• Duplicate or incorrect charges;
• Workmanship issues that we are unable to resolve.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Costs for materials or hardware that have been purchased or installed on your behalf, as well as completed labour that meets our workmanship standards, are generally non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us using the details below with your name, service date, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days.
